

The ideal candidate should be comfortable analyzing quantitative data to uncover relevant insights for senior executives & should be able to deliver insights based on qualitative research & analysis. The associate will also partner regularly with senior executives across the firm - the chief executive officer, president, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, chief investment officer, chief technology officer, chief communications officer, region heads, & others. This work will include conducting competitive & market analyses, & internal deep dives on a variety of topics, such as regional office performance, strategic pricing, & client service utilization. The candidate will work closely with the Corporate Research Manager to analyze strategic business questions & industry issues, which can help influence future business decisions & strategic initiatives.


Will play an integral role in the team's analytical work. The head of the team is a member of the Executive Committee, reporting to the CEO. CAP is responsible for analyzing strategic business questions & timely industry topics, driving initiative planning process & shaping key corporate messages. To join their Corporate Analysis & Planning (CAP) team, which develops & advances strategic priorities for the firm.
